Refund policy

Membership fees to the Regroupement des Plaisanciers du Québec are valid for twelve months and are not refundable.

The SSL protocol is the recognized standard for maintaining the security of transactions carried out on the Web. This information is only used to process your donation and is not stored in memory. E-mail requests: Our Web site includes links that allow visitors to easily send an e-mail to request more information or to send their comments to the Regroupement des Plaisanciers du Québec. You can therefore send an e-mail to request information from our Webmaster or specific people from our various divisions. When you use these links, your e-mail address and the subject of your request are sent to MultipleMedia. We only use this information to respond to your request and evaluate our service. Such requests help us improve our site, enhance its content to meet users' needs and update the site as required.
